How do introductions come to me?

By text. Jesse starts a text with you and the hero, introduces you, and lets you take it from there. Everything happens by text.

Do I talk to the hero before Jesse vets them?

No. Jesse talks to every hero first. He finds out what they need, what matters most and what they're prepared to pay. Tire kickers are worked out before you hear about them.

Am I the only business introduced?

Jesse picks the best fit from the Referral and Featured Partners in that category and region. There are never more than 3: 1 Featured and 2 Referral. Being Featured doesn't buy the introduction. The best fit for the hero gets it.

Does a Basic listing get introductions?

No. Basic ($49 a year) puts your business on HeroDeals so heroes can find you and vouch for you. Personal introductions from Jesse come with the Referral and Featured plans.

Do I need any software or a CRM?

No. No CRM, no app, no logins, no dashboards. Introductions come by text to the phone you already use. Answer the text and serve the hero.

Do I pay per introduction?

No. One yearly price: $197 for Referral Partner or $997 for Featured Partner. No per-lead fees. No commission. No kickbacks. No cut of your sale.

How many introductions will I get?

We can't promise a number. It depends on what heroes in your area need. HeroDeals does not guarantee introductions, customers, sales or profit.

What does Jesse expect from me?

That you treat every hero he sends like your own family. It's all in the Partner Pledge. You agree to it before you apply.
