How the regions were drawn
Built around how people really drive.
No guessing. Every region starts from real commuting data.
1. Where people commuteCounties are grouped by where people live and drive to work every day.
2. One state eachEvery region sits inside one state. No region crosses a state line.
3. A day's driveBig metros are split up. Wide rural areas are split so a crew can cover them.
4. Whole countiesEvery address is in exactly one region. No fighting over streets.
