From Jesse: When I send a hero to you, my name goes with them. So every partner makes these promises first. No exceptions.
You'll see 8 promises, one at a time. Read each one. Then agree or don't.

Only say yes if you mean it. Breaking the pledge means losing your spot.

Not like a lead. Not like a number. Like my mom, my brother, my kid. Every call, every visit, every job.
"I will give heroes my best value. Every time."
No padded prices because they were referred. If I have a military or veteran discount, they get it without having to ask.
"I will reach out fast and show up when I say I will."
I'll contact them the same day or the next business day. I'll keep them updated. They will never have to chase me.
"No bait and switch. No pressure. No surprises."
No hidden fees. No scare tactics. No upselling things they don't need. The price I quote is the price they pay, unless they change the job.
"I will tell the truth, even if it costs me the sale."
If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so. If something will cost more or take longer, I'll tell them before, not after.
"If something goes wrong, I will make it right."
I stand behind my work. If a hero isn't happy, I'll fix it, not argue about it.
"I will never sell or share a hero's information."
What they share with me stays with me. I'll only use it to serve them.
"I'm OK with Jesse checking on every referral, and I know I'm out if I break this pledge."
Jesse may follow up with heroes to see how I did. If a hero says I broke this pledge, I'll answer to Jesse. If I did, I lose my spot.
