Is it really free?
Yes. It's free for every Hero: veterans, active duty, Guard, Reserve, spouses and dependents. You never pay Jesse a penny.
Will I get the lowest price?
Not always. HeroDeals is about the best quality, value and service, so the job gets done right and you don't get taken. Many businesses also give a military discount.
What's the difference between texting Jesse and the directory?
When you text Jesse, he personally picks a business he trusts. That's best for big buys. The directory soft-launches in December, officially launches January 1, and lists any business that gives a military discount. Not all of them are vetted by Jesse.
Then who pays?
The businesses pay a yearly fee to be part of HeroDeals. That fee does not buy Jesse's trust. They have to earn it and keep earning it.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Jesse never sells your info. When he connects you to a business, he only shares your name and how you'd like to be reached. Nothing else.
Do I have to prove I served?
No. Just tell Jesse who you are when you text. Some businesses may ask for a military ID or DD-214 to give you their military discount.
Who answers my text?
Your text goes to Jesse's HeroDeals line. His assistant helps get you started fast, day or night. Jesse stands behind every connection.
What if Jesse doesn't know anyone for what I need?
He'll tell you straight. Then he'll go looking for someone he'd trust and let you know if he finds them.
Do I have to use the business Jesse sends?
No. You're never stuck. If Jesse has more than one good option, you pick.
What if a business treats me wrong?
Text Jesse right away, or use the Report a Partner link at the bottom of this page. His name is on that introduction, and he wants to know.
